Programme - Content tags

Since the release version 9.3.1.0 it is possible to assign tags to session content (presentations, posters…). These tags can be filtered by on the presentation helpdesk. They will be used in the future to create new views on program content in the VMX. The tags can be assigned in the presentation edit (reachable via “Session Manager” or “Presentation Helpdesk”).

Programme - Teaser upload for content

The VMX will have the option to display a teaser for the content. The speaker can upload a .mp4 video in the upload process. The teaser upload can be enabled per presentation type.

Programme - VMX Session Teaser JMT-134

In the “Session Edit - Description & Files“ is a new option to upload a session Teaser which will be shown on the session page of the VMX

Mails - New role: Session Convenor JMT-171

You can select the session convenor (usages: head of session, topic chair, head of symposium) role and apply filters for the session type in the content filter of the mergefield “TheSessions”

The memberfee-type code was added to the Saferpay description. Be sure to keep the memberfee-type name short, as Saferpay only supports 50 characters (and some of them will be consumed by the order number)

OAuth 2.0 setup
Establishing an new OAuth client for interfacing with 3rd parties in a standard scenario won’t require development anymore.
Salesforce API
Sync of program data was established. Speakers are now treated as full m-anage users.
