When an event is linked to an Exhibition Event, both have a quicklink in the top bar to each others dashboard.
Change submitter
A new option to change the submitter of an abstract was introduced. No automatic notification is sent.
Some changes were introduced to make the Abstract Helpdesk more complete with features only the submission helpdesk had before.
Link to Presentation
The options for the abstracts were extended with a link into the submission process, file access, review details and presentation details (if abstract is connected with a presentation)
New filter for Submitted/Draft
The abstract helpdesk shows all abstracts by default and can be limited to only show submitted or drafts.
Details in List
The states “submission progress”, date created, date submitted, Draft/Submitted is now shown in the abstract helpdesk.
To get rid of test abstracts a new option to have a bulk delete of abstracts was introduced.
To also reset the submission numbers after removing the tests, go to Submission Setup → Basics → Advanced settings and set the “Current number“ to 0.
Caution - Deleting abstracts will delete all data. Use this only for setting a clean start of the submission. It is not intended for deleting thousands of abstracts.

An incorrect behaviour in capturing the click events was improved.
The session id will block all the presentations in the session and the presentation Id will only block the single presentation.

When the presentation is blocked by access control the user can be forced to get redirected to the login page.
