The platform provides a possibility to contact a speaker of a specific talk.

The future can be turned on and off per event. Speakers will be asked during the presentation upload process if he/she wants to provide permission for visitors of the congress to contact him/her. A message is going to be sent via the m-anage mailing. However, communication between a speaker and a delegate is done privately via email.

Exhibitors can configure a layout of their profile page by creating multiple sections. Each section can include a title, a description, a position on the profile page, a tease image, and a section banner.

Moreover, the exhibitors can define where they would like to include additional banners, their products/content boxes/tiles, personal live meetings. And information about their industry sessions such as a webcast player and industry sessions poster, title, date and time, and link to the session dedicated page.

We implemented a push notification that appears on certain and pre-defined areas or subsite of a virtual event website. Moreover, we can configure a date and time when a pop-up should appear.

Moreover, the advertisements pop-up can be configured on the dedicated URLs. The pop-up can include the date and time of display, headline, message text, image, and background color.
