Bulk operations on presentations.

A variety of bulk operations are available on presentations. Select the items in the list and decide which bulk operation(s) are applied.

Programme

Session Manager JMT-8402

The session manager was redesigned to enable more direct interaction with the settings. E.g. Visibility can be set directly in the list. The account which made the last changes to the session is also listed. Creating a new session is not separated from the search.

Assign Abstracts to sessions

Assigning accepted abstracts to sessions has changed.

Pick a session and go to the “content”-tab. You can choose from adding a new presentation or selecting abstract(s).

Programme at a glance / PAG / Public programme

Access Matrix

The standalone PAG can have a separate access matrix. It is not shared with VMX Programme anymore.

Default configuration

Every event receives a default configuration for the PAG, so it is working “out of the box“.

Personal Programme BETA

Within the next weeks the personal programme is also available in the PAG after login.

Preview

The link to the “External Programme“ in the session manager was updated with the link to the PAG.

Ticket type setup

Mergefield for images JMT-6095

When a participant ordered a specific ticket, an image is shown on the name badge. On the badge layout, these need to be included as image mergefields: mImageUpload1m, mImageUpload2m, mImageUpload3m …

Often used for visual access control for day tickets, congress dinner or networking events.

User management JMT-9215

For roles higher or equal Eventmanager it is possible to postpone the “3rd party information“-E-Mail when creating a new account when:

• Adding a speaker

• Adding a session chair

• Adding a participant

• Changing an abstract submitter

• Adding a reviewer

It is mandatory to inform the new user at a later point via e.g. an Invitation E-Mail though.
