The query for the journal address can be moved after the member type selection in the membership application process.

Registration

Prepared for release: Participant type approval JMT-10188

Once the user selected a participant type which has the manual approval enabled, the use can’t go beyond the approval message.

In the registration helpdesk details for the participant, the approval can be set:

In addition, there is a new template in Registration → Basic Setup → Templates → Receipts & 3rd Party → “Complete registration reminder“ which can be sent to the users informing them if the check was “ok”. The template allows the general mContact…m mergefields.

Once accepted, users can continue with their registration.

Content upload JMT-12201

For each presentation upload a QR-Code with a deeplink into the VMX platform can be enabled for the content submission overview. Speakers can include this QR-Code in their e.g. Poster to link between On-Site and the VMX. This is repeated on the file upload step.
