Release 12.03.2.0 focuses on general improvements of the user experience and more descriptions for instructions and texts on the frontend.
NEW FEATURES
E-Mail History
Filter for unread mails
A new filter on the E-Mail-History for “Viewed“ and “Not viewed“ E-Mails based on the tracking of the Tracking-Pixel we include in every E-Mail we send out allows to get an impression if e.g. an abstract submitter or participant read their last reminder E-Mail. Please keep in mind that this is only an impression, as many security setting could block this.

Exports
Default exports
We reorganized the Administration → Exports. We separated m-anage default reports from custom reports for Abstract, Programme,Registration and CME and improved the usability by changing the selection from a pulldown-menu to a list. The list of jobs the system is working on no longer needs a manual “refresh“. Export-Jobs can now be deleted, e.g. in case you started a very time consuming export that blocks other exports from being processed.
In addition, we archive reports that were never executed on the instance.
Event Setup
Disabling automatic name correction
It is possible to disable the automatic name correction for Abstract-Authors now, mostly related to a clash of definitions for roman numbers and e.g. Irish names. In some cases, it leads to a wrong format in reports. E.g. McIan got corrected to Mcian, but correct would be McIan.
User-defined modules
User-defined modules names are no longer allow special character or spaces as this leads to e.g. UI-Texts not searchable.
MORE IMPROVEMENTS
We fixed an issue when it was mandatory to select a sub-topic for an abstract, though the sub-topic was not mandatory
We fixed an issue when it was not possible to remove a presentation- or session-type once a talk-time was set
