Reviews
Statistics
To complete the suite of the new reviews we introduce the new review statistics.
First, you pick the review you want to get more insights on, but you can also get them across all reviews. You will get a list of all reviewers and their status - how many reviews they got assigned, completed and declined. A ratio with color coding will give you guidance of the status for each reviewer, but also for the whole review. The list is sorted by the ratio, with the lowest on top.
m|walk Terminal
We offer a new version of the m|walk software that offers session scanning on a windows tablet/pc.
These texts can be edited in the UI-Text set “lionwalk”.
Programme
Planner collisions
On the programme planner, we check for collisions of the types “Chair & Chair“, “Presentation & Presentation“ and “Chair & Presentation“. In case a collision happens when the session is moved, a popup will display the issues caused.

Search
The speed of the search was increased massively. By default, the search does no longer search for the whole company but, just the event. If you need to search also in the company, we offer a new option “Extend search“.

Badge print priority
Each badge template can be assigned to a print group.
This can be useful if participants get assigned different tickets (e.g. Registration Fee, Speaker Registration, Exhibitor pass) and would be eligible for different badges, but should only get one.
The sorting of the badges define the priority for printing.
0€ - Print rule
In case orders contain “0 €”-bookings which are connected to a printable template, the new print-rule allows templates connected to those free tickets to be printed, even if the order, which contains the free ticket, contains other non-free tickets.
Be aware - enabling a print rule always affects all terminals which make use of this print-rule.
Voucher download
In case you have a setup where participants receive multiple voucher documents to pickup their badge, for room access or as additional information for workshops, download of multiple vouchers is possible now in registration helpdesk, voucher module and group registration - pickup management, is possible for users.
Participant type approval

Sending the confirmation E-Mail to the participant, you have the choice to send it to the affected participant or the owner of the order who can actually continue the process.
