Group Registration

We kept are excited to share the recent enhancements to the group registration setup. While retaining most of the original texts for now, but added text, we have added detailed descriptions and new labels to improve clarity. FurthermoreAdditionally, the checkboxes were have been thoughtfully regrouped to better fit to the topic they representalign with their respective topics, ensuring a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
