Submissions

Withdraw JMT-17337

eventmanagers can now withdraw abstracts via the abstract helpdesk and review helpdesk. Once withdrawn, the abstracts will no longer appear in the review process if they were already assigned to a reviewer. Please note that any existing scorings must be deleted manually.

 

Review

Assignment JMT-17452

Previously, assigning an abstract or session to reviewers was restricted to prevent conflicts of interest, ensuring that reviewers were not involved as submitters, chairs, authors, or speakers. We are now introducing an option to bypass this restriction, allowing for more flexible reviewer assignments when necessary.

In addition to introducing new columns, we have updated the "Download Data" file to now include all tickets, regardless of whether they are enabled in the shop.

Connect / T2S JMT-17475

  • We are excited to announce that the navigation point "Connect" has been renamed to "LionWalk".

  • We have rebranded "T2S" as "LionWalk Setup" to provide a clearer and more intuitive understanding of its purpose within our platform.

  • In our ongoing effort to enhance user experience, "Connect" is now "Session & Ticket Sync," offering more precise functionality for managing your sessions and tickets.

 

User-Helpdesk

Unblock users JMT-17522

Typically a user is blocked from being able to login after three failed attempts. They have to wait 10 minutes to try again. We give the option to EVENTMANAGERS to un-block users now. They are marked with the “locked“-icon and have the option to unlock.

 

In addition to not confuse a blocked user with a user that did not yet manage to active their account, we added a hint to the user profile picture on the user-helpdesk.

Invitation Helpdesk

Participation Format JMT-17318

We are pleased to inform you that we have enriched the descriptions for the participation format on the invitation helpdesk, making it easier for you to navigate and understand your options.

This information is displayed on the invitation helpdesk if it is enabled on Programme → Invitation Setup → “Participation Format - Enable edit“

Group Registration

Setup

We are excited to share the recent enhancements to the group registration setup. While retaining most of the original text, we have added detailed descriptions and new labels to improve clarity. Additionally, the checkboxes have been thoughtfully regrouped to better align with their respective topics, ensuring a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.

The participant list options are now conveniently organized within a collapsible panel for improved accessibility and streamlined navigation.

Certain special-case settings have been relocated to an “Advanced“ section at the bottom, ensuring a more organized and user-friendly interface.
