In the finance module, we list all unpaid invoices and offer three reminder levels. For each a template can be uploaded in the “Templates”. In the “Setup“ it is defined what are the dates for the reminder levels.

On the Finance Helpdesk , the invoices are listed, can be filtered and searched by their date of issue and due date.
“Create reminder“ will increase the level and prepare a preview, “Send reminder” will trigger a mailing using the template of the level.
