Finance JMT-10850

In the finance module, we list all unpaid invoices and offer three reminder levels. For each a template can be uploaded in the “Templates”. In the “Setup“ it is defined what are the dates for the reminder levels.

On the Finance Helpdesk the invoices are listed, can be filtered and searched by their date of issue and due date.

“Create reminder“ will increase the level and prepare a preview, “Send reminder” will trigger a mailing using the template of the level.
