The chapters which were added in the editor on the session manager can be played and jumped to in the the new session recording player component.

Userform - new layout - mobile friendlier

The userform page now has a new layout, which contains collapsible items for each category. If mandatory info is missing, there will be an info for the user.

New slider components - ProductSlider, ExhibitorSlider, SymposiaSlider, SessionSlider, LinkBoxSlider

New my programme layout

My programme for pag has been optimized, you can now jump between sections speakers and content. In addition, the headers are sticky. On desktop, there is a column layout with sticky headers.

Loading animations in PAG and on new slider components

Until content is loaded, PAG but also slider components will now show a loading animation. This will be added to other components in the future.

Hide and show header banner on scroll in app

With the last relase, with introduced a new option for VMX header which displays a fullwidth banner below the menu bar. Within the app, this banner can be shown / hidden on scroll:

Fixed back navigation in header

On small devices, we hide the regular back buttons at top and bottom of the page and show it in header instead. Will not be active by default.

In addition to the cancellation fee, an additional handling fee can be charged

Exhibition

Exhibition Shop - Sales JMT-14364

We introduce a sales overview, derived from the registration sales. In addition, we show the purchase price (if set in the “Shop item - details”). In the future, more sales details and reporting can be introduced.

Offer process JMT-12735

As a first step in a bigger feature development, we introduce a new offer process for exhibition events.

Offers can be created for companies like orders and accepted or rejected by the assigned company contact. Accepted offers can be paid by the company contact.

Abstract Submission Helpdesk

As the new submissions do not support the %-calculation of the progress of an abstract, we just show the status SUBMITTED or Draft

In addition, we removed the limited view on the helpdesk that review chairs could have. In the future, the “Topic Chair Review“ module is suggested to be used and will be built upon.
